These terms apply to the Attorney Medical Hub website and the attorney portal.
Our service
We coordinate the collection and laboratory testing that law firms order for their clients and others involved in their cases. We do not give legal or medical advice, and we are not a law firm.
Law firm accounts
- Only attorneys and authorized staff may open and use a firm account.
- By placing an order, the firm confirms it is authorized to request the testing and to receive the results.
- Keep your login private. Everyone at your firm with a login can see your firm’s orders and results.
Payment
For orders the firm pays for, we invoice the firm monthly. For orders the client pays for, payment is due before collection is scheduled. Prices are confirmed when the order is placed.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled before samples are collected. Once samples are collected, laboratory charges apply.
People being tested
Each person consents before collection, and the parent or legal guardian consents for a child. Results are released to the ordering firm, not to the person tested.
