Attorney Medical Hub (“we”) coordinates paternity, DNA, drug and alcohol testing that law firms order for their clients. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- From law firms: firm name, the names and contact details of attorneys and staff, and the details of each order.
- From people being tested: name, phone, email, ZIP code, scheduling preferences, consent, and the information collected at the collection site (ID check, photo, signatures).
- Test results reported by the laboratory.
- Website information such as pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site secure.
How we use it
We use information only to schedule and perform the testing, to report results to the ordering firm, to bill for services, and to meet legal requirements. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The collection site and laboratory that perform the test
- The law firm that ordered the test, which receives the results
- Government agencies when the test is for an agency (for example, an immigration case) or when the law requires it
- Payment processors, when a client pays online
Results
Results are released only to the ordering law firm through its secure portal. We never send results by email.
Security and retention
Result files are stored outside the public website and are available only to signed-in users at the ordering firm and to our staff. We keep records for as long as required by law and our laboratory partners’ rules.
